# Audio Breakout AB-10 For Canon C400

Audio Breakout AB-10 for Canon C400 is a passive adapter that converts the camera's two mini XLRs to two standard, full-size XLRs.  

Attaches by a captive 1/4-20 screw and rubber pad to the camera body or optional [Breakout Side Plate for Canon C400](https://www.mid49.com/products/breakout-side-plate-for-canon-c400 "Breakout Side Plate for Canon C400") for clean cable management.

Two M4 threaded holes in 20mm ARRI spacing are available to add [Breakout Box Side Mounting Bracket (ARRI 3/8-16)](https://www.mid49.com/products/breakout-box-mounting-bracket-arri-3-8-16 "Breakout Box Side Mounting Bracket (ARRI 3/8-16)") (sold separately), which allows AB-10 to attach using a 3/8-16 screw with ARRI locating pins.
