Description
Upper Cage for Sony FX2 is a form-fitting cage with 1/4-20, 3/8-16, and M4x20mm ARRI MAP threaded holes in several places.
The swing-away HDMI lock with reduction inserts protects the camera's HDMI port from abuse and ties into the camera's threaded hole on the side to prevent tipping under the force of focus motors.
An included handle tie-down for the Sony XLR-H1 audio handle adds stability to the setup, reducing stress on the MI Shoe connection when using heavy lenses.
Lower ARCA Swiss dovetail has an adjustable lens support clamp with three included lengths of 1/4-20 support screw that attach to 3rd party lens adapters like Metabones, etc.
ARCA Swiss dovetail attaches to the optional Baseline 15mm LW (Upper Cage Sony FX2), sold separately, to provide rods at the correct lens height.
